Unable to Add Sites in the Care Lab Portal

The structure of the Care Lab Portal for the Academic & Basic Research plan is composed of:

1 Organization (Care Lab Portal Account)
1 Study
1 Site

This structure is fixed, so only one Study and one Site are available per account. Multiple participants can be added under the available Site.

If you are unable to view the Care Lab Portal or login, you may need your study admin to invite you from the STAFF page in their Care Lab Portal account.
