The Empatica Health Monitoring Platform is an FDA-cleared modular remote health monitoring platform that provides a full-stack product suite to healthcare and research professionals. The Platform features two different plans: Academic & Basic Research or enterprise
The two plans differ and are attributed to studies based on their size and nature. These plans are not a tiered subscription selection.
Academic & Basic Research
Designed with smaller research studies in mind. For example, an academic study that does not require dedicated Account Manager support.
enterprise
Available for large-scale clinical trials, with a wide range of dedicated services through Empatica. For example, a clinical trial that requires one-on-one support with IRB submissions, audit trails, and custom materials for global studies. Speak with our Sales Team to understand if you qualify for our Enterprise Plan.

Portal Features:
The Empatica Health Monitoring Platform includes a secure online portal, called the Care Lab Portal, which allows research staff members to manage and monitor their study and participants.
Once your purchase is complete, your platform subscription is automatically activated during the shipment of your device(s) — no separate license activation step is required. To start using the Platform, simply create your own Care Lab Portal account, which comes with 1 Study, 1 Site, and up to 1000 participants. You will also have the option to view multiple digital biomarker visualization graphs.

EmbracePlus has five powerful sensors designed to collect quality raw data and digital biomarkers. Through the Empatica Health Monitoring Platform, you have access to download both your raw data and digital biomarkers.
You will gain access to our standard suite of raw data and digital biomarkers. The available sensor mode* is Pulse Rate Pro.
